Hi! I’m Maksym, a senior software engineer with 10+ years of experience building backend systems, tools, and integrations, with a special focus on healthcare technology and Azure.

I created CareOps to explore the challenges and lessons of building software in complex, distributed systems - especially in healthcare and other high-stakes environments. I write about the realities of delivering features, designing systems, integrating third-party services, and navigating the technical and operational tradeoffs that come with building software at scale.
